If you wish to return all or any of your purchase to us please notify us via email unveiledcandles@hotmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide the order number and specify the item(s) you wish to return. Please note that returns must be received in a suitable, re-saleable condition and include all original packaging. You will be responsible for the postage cost to return your item(s) and we advise that you use a tracked service.

Refund

The return is registered in our warehouse within 14 working days after the item has been returned, and a refund will then start.

Exchange

We do not accept exchange of goods. If you still want to make a change, we recommend that you use the right of return within the deadline and place a new order.
