Frequently Asked Questions

Delivery time varies, but it is usually 2-6 days.

If you want to know an exact estimate before you order, just send us an email and we will help you further. * International orders will have longer delivery times, please contact us for an estimate.

As soon as we have schedueled a pickup of your order, you will receive an email from us. In this email you will find the tracking number and a link to the website where you can track your order.

No email after 7 business days? Check your spam and contact us here.

It usually takes 2-5 business days for our warehouse to process your order and deliver it to our carriers. At high pressure it can take longer. We will notify you if your order is delayed.

Remember that delivery time is in addition to this.

Customers with an address in Norway will not get any additional costs related to customs tax/VAT.

* International Delivery: Please note that International deliveries may incur additional import, duty and VAT charges calculated at destination country and to be paid by you, the purchaser.

If you have received an error/defect/damaged item in your shipment, we apologize! Contact us and state the order number, the name of the product, a picture of the product. This must be done on the same day as the order is delivered/picked up.

Hvis pakken din blir sendt i retur som følge av at hentefristen er utgått vil den bli sendt i retur til oss. Dette vil føre til ekstrakostnader som kjøper står til ansvar for.
I disse tilfellene vil bestillingen bli kansellert og refundert.

Refusjonssum vil bli kalkulert på denne måten: totalsum - (frakt + ekstrakostander ved retur) = refusjonssum.
